Why this practice exists
Blue Card employment guidance sits between HR enthusiasm and immigration paperwork. Candidates often receive strong offers while still missing salary threshold clarity, degree evidence, or employer confirmations that authorities expect to see in consistent wording.
From our base in Nordstrand, Schleswig-Holstein, we work remotely across Germany and with candidates still abroad. The focus is practical: what must be true on the offer, which documents belong in which order, and when to pause before paying for translations you may not need yet.
How we work with clients
Every engagement begins with documents you already have—an offer, a CV, degree scans—not a generic questionnaire about “goals.” We compare those materials against current Blue Card employment expectations, name the gaps in ordinary language, and agree who owns each next step: you, your employer, or a certified translator.
We do not sell software access, automated filings, or courtroom representation. When a case needs a licensed attorney—refusals, complex family reunification disputes—we say so and keep our role to employment readiness preparation.
