Before you request certified translations of every page, identify whether your case needs a formal recognition statement or whether the combination of university, field, and employer evidence is typically sufficient. The answer differs by occupation and by where you will file.
Collect your diploma, transcript, and any accreditation letters your university can issue. Scan them once at high resolution. Re-scanning weeks later from a phone camera is a common source of rejection notes about illegible seals.
If your field is regulated—healthcare is the classic example—employment readiness and professional licensing overlap. Clarify with your consultant which path you are on so you do not prepare two incompatible document sets.
